Source text - Finnish Tarjouksen antaja voi esittää tehtäväksi tai tilaaja voi muutenkin lähettää tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoja koskevia muutoksia, lisäselvityksiä ja tulkintoja. Tarjouksen antajan on tehtävä esityksensä kirjallisesti ja sen on saavuttava tilaajalle vähintään 14 vuorokautta ennen tarjouksen antamista varten ilmoitettua tarjouksen sisäänjätön määräaikaa. Tilaajan toimesta tehtävät muutokset, lisäselvitykset ja tulkinnat toimitetaan kirjallisesti tarjouksen antajalle mahdollisuuksien mukaan ainakin 7 vuorokautta ennen tarjouksen sisäänjätön määräaikaa faksilla tai sähköpostilla ja varmistetaan kirjeellä. Tarjouksen antajan tulee tarjouksessaan ilmoittaa lähetettyjen lisäselvitysten vastaanottamisesta.
Translation - English The bidder may request or the buyer may provide changes, clarifications and interpretations, as they are, to the Request for Proposal documentation. The request by the bidder must be in writing and the buyer should receive it 14 days prior to the tender deadline. Changes, clarifications and interpretations by the buyer are delivered in writing minimum 7 days prior to the tender deadline via fax or e-mail with follow-up confirmation letter. The bidder should acknowledge in the tender that they have received the clarifications.

Source text - English Uptime Guarantee. During the Service Contract Period, Service Provider is required to maintain the Equipment in original operational condition at no charge to End User. It is understood that during the first three months there may be some early failures of components and adjustments of functions due to "equipment burn in." After the first three months, it is expected that the Equipment will operate with at least a 95% uptime during routine hours of service. If the installation cannot be maintained above this level, End User is not obtaining expected performance from the Equipment and may claim service damages. However, due to the difficulty in determining the actual cost in lost revenue and productivity due to excessive downtime, the adjustments are listed below.

Palvelusopimuksen voimassaoloaikana Palveluntarjoaja on velvollinen huolehtimaan Laitteiden toimivuudesta alkuperäisessä kunnossa ilman kustannuksia Loppukäyttäjälle. On ymmärrettävää jos ensimmäisten kolmen kuukauden aikana ilmenee laitteiden tai komponenttien vikoja tai säätöjä jotka aiheutuvat ”laitteiden sisäänajosta.” Kolmen kuukauden jälkeen edellytetään, että Laitteiden käytettävyysaste on 95% normaalina palveluaikana. Jos toimintaa ei kyetä ylläpitämään tätä tasoa korkeampana Loppukäyttäjä ei saa luvattua Laitteiden toiminnallisuutta ja voi hakea palvelukorvausta. Siitä johtuen, että merkittävästä käyttökatkoksesta johtuvia todellisia tulonmenetyksiä ja menetettyä tuottavuutta on vaikea laskea otetaan kuitenkin huomioon alla mainitut selvennykset.
