Source text - Serbian Prikupljeni komunalni otpad se skuplja i dovozi na sortirnu liniju komunalnog otpada u opštini. Otpad se dovozi namjenskim komunalnim vozilima koja direktno dovoze komunalni otpad u rezervoar sortirnice. Dovoz otpada se vrši u dnevno poslovno vrijeme, u jednosmjenskom radu 8 sati i sa nazivnim kapacitetom uređaja 5 t/h.
Dovezen materijal (komunalna vozila i teretna vozila sa roll-kontejnerima) se preko vrata dovozi u unutrašnjost hale u prihvatni dio. Prihvatni dio je vodoravan i izvedbe u nivoima zbog lakše unutrašnje manipulacije materijalom. Na donjem dijelu hale je privremeno skladište za dovezeni materijal. Tako dovezeni materijal se zatim vizualno pregleda i prema potrebi odstrane veći komadi otpadaka i opasni otpad iz domaćinstava. Nakon pregleda materijal odlazi na dalju obradu preko instalirane sortirnice.
Mješovit otpad se zatim utovarivačem točkašem gura u otvor prihvatnog transportera koji dalje transportuje materijal po liniji. U slučaju sortiranja odvojeno skupljenih frakcija ili mješovitog otpada iz industrije, otpad koji je pretežno u plastičnim kesama) se utovara u namjenski kidač kesa koji je instaliran poprečno na prihvatni transporter.
Dizaći transporter prenosi materijal do bubnjastog sita koje ima zadatak da fizički odvoji materijal na tešku (finu) i laganu (grubu) frakciju. Za postizanje veće količine teške frakcije predviđene su rupe sita cca >80 mm.
Lagana frakcija se iz sita transporuje u namjensko sortirnu kabinu za ručno sortiranje pojedinih frakcija. Omogućeno je pozitivno ili negativno sortiranje pojedinih frakcija zavisno od vrste dovezenog otpada. Sortirna kabina je specijalne namjenske zatvorene konstrukcije te je adekvatno provjetravana i klimatizovana. Ručno se sortiraju frakcije kao što su papir, karton, PET plastične boce, plastične folije, alu i čelične piksne te djelimično staklo. Probrane frakcije se preko namjenski uređenih jama odbacuju u ispod uređen skladišni boks za pojedine frakcije. Sortirna kabina ima uređene dvije ručne sortirne linije po šest probirnih mjesta, ukupno 12 probirnih mjesta.
U boksovima skupljen materijal se periodički utovarivačem točkašem gura na drugu stranu boksa u linijski sabirni transporter koji vodi na balirnu presu. Balirna presa je mašinski i programski tako uređena da omogućava presovanje različitih vrsta materijala. Za manipulaciju baliranim materijalom brine mobilna manipulativna oprema (viljuškari ili manji utovarivač) - nije predmet isporuke. Baliran materijal se može skladištiti unutar, a i van hale.
Ostatak materijala se iz kabine preko sortirne trake transportuje preko iznad namještenog magnetnog eliminatora koji eliminiše još ostatak magnetnih metala te transportuje na konačno odlaganje na obližnje odlagalište otpada ili dalju obradu.
Teška frakcija (fine fraction) koja pada kroz sito preko transportnog sistema skuplja se u ispod namještenim kontejnerima koji se sukcesivno prazne. Ostatak materijala se skuplja u zadnjem namještenom kontejneru koji se odvozi kad je pun na obližnje odlagalište otpada.
Translation - English Accumulated communal waste is being collected and brought onto the municipal communal waste sorting line. The waste is transported by dedicated communal vehicles bound to deliver the communal waste directly to the sorting machine reservoir. The waste is being brought in during daily business hours in an 8 hour shift with equipment nominal capacity of 5 t/h.
The brought-in material (communal vehicles and trucks with roll-containers) is transported to the interior of the hall through the door, to the reception area. The reception area is horizontal and layered for easier internal material manipulation. Temporary depository of the brought-in material is in the lower hall level. This material is then visually inspected and sorted to remove larger pieces of waste and dangerous household waste. After the inspection, the material is transported to further processing via the installed sorting machine.
Afterwards, a wheel loader pushes the mixed waste through a hatch of the receiving conveyor, which then transports the material down the line. If sorting of separately collected fractions or mixed industry waste takes place, the material disposed mainly in plastic bags is fed to a dedicated plastic bag tearing machine installed perpendicular to the receiving conveyor.
A lifting conveyor carries the material to the drum sieve, which then physically separates the waste into heavy (fine) and light (rough) fraction. In order to achieve a higher share of heavy fraction, a sieve with ca. >80 mm holes is provided.
The lighter fraction is transported from the sieve to a dedicated sorting cabin for hand-sorting of different fractions. Depending of the type of brought-in waste, positive or negative sorting of different fractions is enabled. The sorting cabin is a special dedicated enclosed construction, adequately aerated and air-conditioned. Some of the hand-sorted fractions are paper, cardboard, PET plastic bottles, plastic wrapping, aluminum and steel cans and partially glass. Sorted fractions are transferred via dedicated pits to different depository compartments, depending on fractions. The sorting cabin has two equipped hand-sorting lines, with six sorting stations each, twelve in total.
The wheel loader is periodically pushing the collected material to the farther side of the compartments, to the in-line collecting conveyor that leads to a baling press. The baling press is mechanically and purposefully programmed to handle different types of materials. Mobile manipulative equipment (forklifts or a small loader) are meant to handle the baled material – not the scope of delivery. The baled material can be stored inside the hall as well as outside.
The sorting conveyor transports the remaining material from the cabin, under an overhead magnetic eliminator installed to eliminate any remaining magnetic metals, to a nearby dumpsite for final disposal or for further processing.
A conveyor system collects the fine fraction, which falls through the sieve and transports it to successively emptied containers mounted bellow. The remainder of material is collected in the farthest installed container that is emptied when necessary at the nearby dumpsite.
