Bio
13-year experienced translator. Started as a contractor translator in PeopleSoft Brazil, with a sojourney in PeopleSoft Inc. (California) for the system testing of PeopleSoft 8, Financials module.

Freelance translator since 2002, for many agencies and clients. Specialized in IT, Software, Financials, Medicine, Medical Devices, and Life Sciences. Worked as QAer for SAP projects, as a Trusted Traslator for Medical jobs and has years of experience in the above mentioned fields, as well as in Marketing, Telecomm, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals and Oil&Gas.

Translates from English, Spanish and French into Brazilian Portuguese. Rates in each language pair can vary. Large knowledge in music as a piano, flute and saxophone player.

Won a National Translation Prize (1998) for his version of Gertrude Stein's "Doctor Faustus Lights the Lights" in Brazilian Portuguese.
