About me
Hello, Everybody!

I am a freelance English-Russian and Russian-English translator, editor and interpreter, language teacher and tutor and copywriter in Russian, awarded the qualification of a translator/reviewer by the Association of Translators, Interpreters and Foreign Language Teachers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

I have a diploma in engineering and 15 years of experience as an English-speaking journalist writing for U.S. media and six years of experience as a Russian-speaking journalist, who worked for Moscow-based media, covering developments in oil and gas, governance, technology, the environment, politics, economy, religion, science, the aerospace industry, public health, infrastructure and the arts among others.

Of course, I can translate texts in these areas. As a translator/interpreter/editor I have worked for the Asian Development Bank, the Russian Oncology Centre in Moscow and U.S. and European media as well as for individual customers.

I am an Uzbek national and live in Tashkent, Uzbekistan or in Chisinau, Moldova. Now I work from my home office in Chisinau, the Moldovan capital.

You can find my detailed resume (CV) at http://www.linkedin.com/pub/marina-kozlova/38/a68/883/ or I can file it upon request.

My rates are $0.05-0.09 USD per word. I ask for an upfront payment.
