Farsi (Persian) to English: Iran’s trade balance is still negative
Translation - English Because of the sharp fall in oil prices the previous year, all the attention was focused on the export of non-oil products. It was the result of the last year’s quite exhortations to focus on the export of non-oil goods. This year these silent mutterings turned into a loud determination to say “no” to the export of the raw oil materials. In the present circumstances, even the government and the private sector united in order to attract more attention on the export of non-oil goods. Although Iran was strongly determined to maintain self-sufficiency in many of the affairs and was always trying to have precise plans to control the export extent, so as to fulfill such a determination, its import rates were higher than export rates and the income from selling and exporting oil and petrochemical products only covered import expenses.

As I remember myself I always had an interest in learning languages. And now I have found that translation also is an activity of no less interest that requires creativity, knowledge and practice. Its like solving a quest, finding matching parts in two different languages. And I really enjoy the process.
At the moment I am a PhD student in Persian Language and Literature at the Tehran University. And would be more than happy to help anyone who would need a translation from Persian or vice versa.
