Hereunder the Assignor shall transfer and the Assignee shall assume the receivables from natural persons – debtors to the Assignor (hereinafter referred to as the Debtors) under civil contracts (hereinafter referred to as Agreements, of which the indebtedness has occurred), concluded between ______________ (hereinafter referred to as the former creditor) and debtors? As well as other rights referred to the assigned rights, to the extent and under the conditions that exist at the time of their transfer (hereinafter referred to as the receivables). Information on the receivables that are the subject of the present Agreement are set out in the Appendix No. 1 hereto, which is an integral part of the present Agreement.

По настоящему Договору Цедент передает, а Цессионарий принимает права требования к физическим лицам – должникам Цедента (далее – Должники), по гражданско-правовым договорам (далее – Договоры, из которых возникла задолженность), заключенным между ______________ (именуемое далее – прежний кредитор) и Должниками, а также другие права, связанные с уступаемыми правами, в том объеме и на тех условиях, которые существуют к моменту их передачи (далее – права требования).
