We believe there are three main focuses when it comes to manufacturing high quality rebar. The first of these is a manufacturing log taken by a foreman on site. Based on the blueprints, he carefully and precisely selects and tallies what steel materials will be needed. The second focus is a manufacturing line that uses reliable equipment. Using automated machines for manufacturing processes such as cutting and bending rebar not only ensures consistency and quality, but also reduces the amount of labor required of workers. The third focus is an original barcode-based item management system which prevents careless mistakes and ensures smooth progress management. Translation - English Apoptosis, or programmed cell death, is a normal biological response that occurs during embryogenesis in the development and maturation of the immune system, and in homeostatic maintenance of tissues and organs in humans and other multicellular organisms. Cells dying by apoptosis are characterized most frequently by the endonuleclytic destruction of their own DNA. This response is not, however, completely universal, as a few exceptions, have been reported. In this study, we used LSM analysis of DNA comets produced by subjecting cells to the single cell gel assay to measure DNA tail length, and analysis of fluorescent comet images as an additional, more complete determination of DNA damage. We were interested in learning more about the DNA destruction event accompanying apoptosis, and whether we could accurately distinguish apoptosis from necrotic cell death and related DNA damage using these techniques.
We have shown in these studies that mild hyperthermia is capable of inducing apoptosis in a variety of human leukemia and lymphoma cell lines. This result is not unexpected, since this has been demonstrated in a wide number of cells and tissues in the past. The observation of decreased proliferation, maintenance of cell membrane integrity as determined by trypan blue exclusion, membrane blebbing, and other nuclear changes (not shown here) confirm that the mode of death in these cells was indeed apoptosis. The sensitivity of the cell lines used in this study was found to be highly variable in their response to heat shock-induced apoptosis and DNA degradation. As shown, within a few hours, some of the cell lines seemed to have a minimal response (Molt-4 and K562), whereas others were highly sensitive (Jurkat and HL-60R). These results are also reflected by the proliferation and viability studies.

Fighting for my country, studying under leaders, leading others to success, teaching in a foreign environment, learning a foreign language - these are all skills that have made me into the driven person I am today.
After spending four years in the United States Air Force, learning valuable skills as a leader and as a technician, I followed the path that best fit my love for language and communication. I studied non-stop for 3 years while working as a writing tutor to earn a Bachelor's degree in both English literature and Japanese linguistics, with a general linguistics minor to supplement my knowledge. After graduation, my technical knowledge was supplemented by a 6-month trial as an Apple Store specialist, a role in which social skills go hand in hand with technological know-how. The joining of language and technology led me to explore ways in which I could combine both.
To hone my Japanese skills, I joined the JET Program and worked as an educator for two years in-country. This experience afforded me the opportunity to not only learn in a natural language environment, but also forced me to communicate in a foreign language to accomplish everything from daily tasks to deeply involved medical checkups and event planning. While studying and teaching, I also pledged my free time to translating, and have been doing translation and native checks for the past 4 years.
I now have basic programming knowledge as well as a firm grip on the Japanese language, and am looking to challenge my skills in a much more vast environment.
