Source text - French Avec le projet de film "Elle a huit bras et un bec", l’artiste Arianne Foks, qui cette fois revêt les habits de réalisatrice, plonge dans la marmite du cuisinier Jordan Bischoff. Seul dans les sous-sols de son restaurant, on y découvre le jeune chef français couper, assembler, jouer avec ses feux pour faire naître ses recettes, plat-objet d’observation, de désir, d’expérience. Au milieu de son univers culinaire vient se glisser un étrange spécimen vivant : la pieuvre. Plat à la saveur délicate s’il en est, l’animal plus vulgairement appelé poulpe, fascine le cuisinier qui l’élève au rang de quasi-religion.
Translation - English Artist Arianne Foks takes on the role of director this time with the film project "Elle a huit bras et un bec" and enters into the culinary world of chef Jordan Bischoff. We discover the young French chef alone in the basement of his restaurant, cutting, assembling and playing with flames to create his recipes, his dish – object of observation, desire and experiment. A strange living specimen has slipped into his culinary universe : the octopus. A delicately flavored dish if ever there was one, the octopus fascinates the chef who raises it to the level of a quasi-religion.
