Когда она чихнула в десятый или двенадцатый раз, Юрий Андреевич догадался, что это свояченица Микулицына, одна из Тунцевых, о которых рассказывал Самдевятов. Вслед за другими читающими Юрий Андреевич поднял голову и посмотрел в ее сторону.
Тогда он заметил происшедшую в зале перемену. В противоположном конце прибавилась новая посетительница. Юрий Андреевич сразу узнал Антипову. Она сидела, повернувшись спиной к передним столам, за одним из которых помещался доктор, и вполголоса разговаривала с простуженной библиотекаршей, которая стояла, наклонившись к Ларисе Федоровне, и перешептывалась с ней. Вероятно, этот разговор имел благодетельное влияние на библиотекаршу. Она излечилась мигом не только от своего досадного насморка, но и от нервной настороженности. When she was sneezing the tenth or the twelfth time, Yuri Andreevich guessed that she was Mikulitsyn’s sister-in-law, one of the Tuntsevs, of whom Samdevyatov had told to him. Following the other readers Yuri Andreevich raised the head and glanced in her direction.
Then he noticed the change in the reading hall. In the opposite part of the hall appeared a new visitor. Yuri Andreevich recognized at once Antipova. She was sitting with her back turned to the front tables, where sat the doctor, and was talking in a low voice to the librarian affected by cold, who was standing leaning forward to Larissa Fyodorovna and was whispering to her. Probably, this talk had a healthy influence on the ill librarian. She recovered immediately not only from the annoying cold but also from the nervous vigilance. Taken a warm, thankful slant at Antipova, she took away a handkerchief, which she was pressing all the time to the lips, and shoving it into the pocket, came back to her place behind the reading desk, happy, self-confident and smiling.

Репозиторий - это хранилище объектов Prognoz Platform 8.
Для хранения данных и системной информации репозиторий использует базу данных. Также репозиторий является механизмом, который позволяет пользователю унифицированным образом работать со всеми объектами.
Объект репозитория Prognoz Platform 8 - это некоторая сущность, обладающая определенным набором характеристик, имеющая специфическую структуру и использование. Объекты предназначены для работы с отдельными типами данных или выполнения типовых задач. Примерами объектов являются таблицы, справочники, кубы и так далее.
Репозиторий предназначен для:
формирования структуры хранилища данных на основе объектов репозитория;
управления структурой хранилища данных;
управления доступом к объектам репозитория;
организации связей между объектами репозитория;
консолидации данных из различных источников.
Для корректной работы инструментов Prognoz Platform 8 рекомендуется задать объекты репозитория, используемые по умолчанию: базу данных, репозиторий НСИ и другие.
Один репозиторий может использоваться несколькими пользователями одновременно. Repository and Repository Objects
Repository is the data warehouse of Prognoz Platform 8.

Running data analysis tools and other tools of Prognoz Platform 8.
Connecting and working in several repositories at a time.

Первые чугуноделательные и железоделательные предприятия возникли на Урале в XVII – начале XVIII веке. К их числу относится Верхнеуфалейский металлургический завод, построенный в 1761 году разбогатевшим приказчиком Демидова, тульским купцом Мосоловым.
В 1773 году завод был свидетелем восстания под предводительством Емельяна Пугачева, на заводе отливались пушки и ядра для его армии.
В архивных материалах указывается на прохождение заводом стадий развития кричного, пудлингового, доменного производства.
Продукция завода – листовое кровельное железо – с Нижегородской ярмарки отправлялось на мировой рынок, где пользовалось огромным успехом за свое качество.
В 1899 году по поручению Министерства финансов на Урал была направлена комиссия под руководством Д.И. Менделеева для проведения полного анализа развития черной металлургии Урала. Первым заводом, где остановился Д.И. Менделеев, был Верхнеуфалейский чугуноделательный и железоделательный завод.
В 25 километрах от Верхнеуфалейского завода располагался Нижнеуфалейский завод, построенный в 1818 году. В 1890 году на Нижнеуфалейском заводе была введена в действие первая мартеновская печь, а через два года – вторая. Объединение двух этих заводов произошло в 1922 году.
В годы Великой отечественной войны завод выпускал для фронта чугун, сталь и прокат, увеличив объем выпускаемой продукции на 53% по сравнению с довоенными годами. В состав завода в 1941 году влился Киевский завод «Экономайзер» с механосборочным и чугунолитейным цехами.

The first cast-iron and iron works in the Urals were founded in the XVII – early XVIII centuries. Among them was Verkhniy Ufaley metalware plant built in 1761 by merchant Mosolov from Tula, who grew rich at the time of being Demidov’s estate manager. 1773 saw the plant as an arms base for the army of Yemelyan Pugachev, leader of the popular revolt; the plant provided cannons and cannon-balls for Pugachev’s army.
City archives contain information about several stages, through which the plant moved in its development: refinery, puddling, blast-furnace.
Plate iron, produced by the plant and sent to Nizhny Novgorod fair, appeared then on the world market where it was strongly valuable due to its high quality.
In 1889, according to the order of the Ministry of Finances, the commission under D.I. Mendeleev’s direction was sent to the Urals to perform a complete analysis of iron-and-steel industry in the region. The first plant D.I. Mendeleev stayed was Verkhniy Ufaley cast-iron and iron plant.
Verkhniy Ufaley plant neighboured with Nizhny Ufaley plant, which was situated as far as 25 kilometers and had been built in 1818. In 1890 the first open-hearth furnace (Martin furnace) was installed at Nizhny Ufaley plant, and two years later the second one. In 1922 both plants were joined into one.
At the time of Great Patriotic War the plant had been producing cast iron, steel and rolled metal for the battlefront. The amount of goods produced at the wartime increased for 53% comparing to pre-war years. In 1941 the plant merged with the Kiev plant “Economizer”, including machine-assembly and cast-iron departments.

Для уточнения понятий уместно прибегнуть к изучению научного дискурса, относящегося к конкретной стадии развития российских политико-управленческих отношений. В статье проанализирована дискуссия экспертов и профессионалов, сделан вывод, что отношения между государством, бизнесом и обществом в целом можно характеризовать как конфликтные: при ведущей роли государства, системе государственного посредничества между бизнесом и социальной сферой, недостаток социальной инициативы – вот фактор, способствующий повышению конфликтности этих отношений.

Bykova V.A. A State and Society. The Principles of their Interaction in Present-day Russia (a case study of academic discussion analysis)
The existing schemes of management are considered differently in theories of state management but a simple designation of a regime as authoritarian or democratic is of little use for analysis of similarities and differences of the phenomena. To clarify the concepts it is appropriate to analyse the patterns of academic discourse for the particular stage of Russian political-administrative relations. The analysis of discussions between experts and professionals shows that the relations between the state, business and society in general are conflictive, which means that in spite of the leading position of the state, the system of state mediation between businesses and social entities, the lack of social initiative can be recognized as a factor that increases the conflict potential.

К вопросу о соотношении результатов различных видов тестирования
Использование тестовых технологий контроля знаний стало в настоящее время неотъемлемой составляющей процесса обучения. Из многих существующих видов тестов на практике чаще всего используются тесты закрытого типа – совокупность альтернативных тестовых заданий с выбором одного правильного ответа из числа предложенных. Вместе с тем, именно этот способ тестирования подвергается наибольшей критике многими специалистами.
В настоящей работе сопоставляются результаты двух способов тестирования по итогам изучения студентами 1-го курса трех факультетов Пермского государственного университета одной и той же дисциплины («Информатика»; сводный тест по темам «текстовый процессор», «табличный процессор», «базы данных», «системы счисления» и «измерение информации»). Идея эксперимента заключается в том, что одни и те же студенты тестируются дважды, через короткий промежуток времени (2-3 дня), по одному и тому же тесту, но представленному один раз в закрытой форме, а другой раз – в открытой (когда необходимо вписать ответ в пустое поле). Например, в закрытом тесте вопрос звучит так:
«Что может служить примером графической информации?»
1. текст песни
2. таблица значений тригонометрических функций
3. изображение на экране монитора
4. стихотворение в сборнике
5. разговор по телефону
а в открытом присутствует только вопрос «Что может служить примером графической информации?» и пустое поле для записи произвольного, на усмотрение студента, ответа (разумеется, не все вопросы столь примитивны, это лишь иллюстрация). Конечно, не требуется, чтобы при втором способе тестирования студент в качестве ответа вписал именно 3-й из приведенных выше ответов; любой ответ, правильный по существу, засчитывается. При этом одни и те же вопросы в двух тестах иногда имеют разную формулировку, чтобы не нарушать логики и стилистики русского языка.
Всего указанному тестированию были подвергнуты 149 студентов по 8 вариантам тестов, в каждом из которых было 30 тестовых заданий. Каждое задание оценивалось по двухбалльной шкале (0 – неверно, 1 – верно).

TOWARDS THE CORRELATION OF THE RESULTS OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF TESTS
The use of testing for academic performance rating has become the integral part of modern education process. Among the multiple existing types of tests the most frequently used in practice are cover tests including a set of alternative tasks aimed at choosing one correct variant out of the offered ones. Along with this, the cover test is the type of testing that is subjected to the sharpest criticism by many specialists.
The paper is aimed at comparing the results of two types of testing procedures carried out on the first-year students (the Perm State University) from the three faculties, who studied the same discipline (“Computer Science”; the final test by topics “word processor”, “tabular processor”, “data base”, “numerical notation” and “information measurement”). The purpose of the experiment was to test the same students two times regarding a short time interval (2-3 days) between each testing, using two variants of the same test: the first time – cover test, the second time – free response test (a student must write the answer himself/herself).
Consider a question in the cover test: “What can represent the example of graphic information?”
1. a song text
2. a table of values of trigonometric function
3. a picture on a computer screen
4. a poem in a book of poems
5. a telephone talk
The free-response test contains only the question “What can represent the example of graphic information?” and a blank field for a student to fill it with a free answer (of course, not all of the questions are too primitive, this is just an example). It stands to reason, that it is not necessary for a student in the second type of testing to write down only the third answer out of the mentioned above; each essentially correct answer was scored as a correct one. Along with this, the same questions in two variants of tests were formulated sometimes differently to be grammatically and stylistically correct.
149 students in all were tested by 8 variants of tests, each test contained 30 test tasks. Each test task was assessed according to the binary scale (0 – false, 1 – true).

В данной работе, основываясь на философской теории познания (гносеология), мы рассматриваем эмоциональность как человеческую способность к чувственному познанию мира и самого себя, выраженную в форме ситуационных, социально обусловленных переживаний. Природа познания двойственна: процесс переживания происходит во внутреннем мире человека, с одной стороны, с другой стороны, причины и реализация эмоциональных переживаний, формулируются как общезначимые. В отдельном, конкретно взятом обществе, как и в обществе в целом, эмоциональность наиболее полно раскрывает те воздействия на чувственность человека, которые оказывает общество.
Чувственность развивается в тесной взаимосвязи с процессом социализации. Таким образом общество, как форма социальной организации, с его социальными институтами оказывает прямое воздействие на формирование чувственности ее индивидов.
Проблема: противоречие между физиологическим уровнем эмоциональности человека и технологическими возможностями реализации переживаний. В частности, исследование затрагивает определенные материальные трансформации, которые изменяют суть «социального».
Эмоции имеют идеомоторный характер, то есть способны к предвосхищению ситуаций переживания в силу обобщения прошлого чувственного опыта, выходу за рамки переживания непосредственного взаимодействия. Данная характеристика является основой исследуемого нами процесса деформации эмоциональности.
This paper based on the philosophical theory of cognition (gnoseology) considers emotionality as a human ability of sensual perception of the world and himself, embodied in the form of situational and socially determined experiences. Cognition is dualistic in nature, that is, on the one hand, emotional experience is worked inside human mind, on the other hand, reasons and implementation of emotional experiences are formulated as generally recognised. In a particular community as well as in the society on the whole, emotionality shows more fully those influences on sensual perception of a person, which are caused by that society.
Sensuality develops in strong connection with the process of socialization. Therefore, society as a form of social organisation including social institutes has direct influence on development of sensuality of its individuals.
The article considers the problem of contradiction between physiological level of human emotionality and technologically mediated ways of implementation of emotional experiences. Particularly, the paper analyses some material transformations that modify the essence of sociality.
Emotions are ideomotor in nature, that is, they can predict situations of emotional experience, based on generalisation of previous sensual experience, going "beyond" the current perception of immediate interaction. This interpretation of emotions is principal in the present research of deformation of emotionality.

Аннотация
Ставится проблема выявления причинно-следственных отношений в социальном исследовании на основе использования комплекса статистических методов. Рассматриваются способы ее решения для экспериментальных и неэкспериментальных данных. Раскрывается роль статистических методов в формировании гипотез о причинных связях и обсуждаются методы их проверки в условиях эксперимента или в результате моделирования латентных структур.
Рассматриваются возможности факторного анализа и дисперсионного анализа в выявлении причинно-следственных отношений. Особое внимание уделяется интерпретации результатов анализа в зависимости от характера эмпирических данных и условий их получения. Предлагаются подходы к поиску причинных связей на основе разработки схем комплексного анализа эмпирических данных с помощью статистических методов, ориентированных на изучение взаимодействия причины и следствия в лонгитюдном исследовании. Учитывается иерархический характер таких схем, отражающий структуру предмета познания, специфика которого предусматривает применение «жестких» и «мягких» моделей в комбинации. В качестве ее варианта может служить техника моделирования структурными уравнениями.
Приводится пример исследования причинных связей в процессе измерения качества образовательных услуг высшей школы. Каждый этап получения соответствующих оценок предполагает построение конкретных «жестких» или «мягких» математических моделей. Их комбинация позволяет использовать полученные параметры качества как инструмент регулирования взаимодействия поставщиков и потребителей образовательной услуги.

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of revealing cause-effect relations in a social research by a system of statistical methods. The question is analysed regarding experimental and non-experimental data. The article considers the influence of statistical methods on setting up of causal relation hypotheses and discusses methods of hypothesis verification in experiment or in latent structure modelling.
The use of factor analysis and analysis of variance in the revealing of cause-effect relations is also considered. The special emphasis is on the interpretation of analysis results depending on experimental data and conditions of experiment. The methods of causal relations revealing based on the development of complex statistical schemes for experimental data analysis are suggested aiming at investigation of cause and effect relation in a long-term research. Taking into account the hierarchical structure of the schemes reflecting the structure of the investigation subject, the latter presupposes the mixed use of “rigid” and “flexible” models. This combination can be realised in structural equation modelling.
The article gives the example of causal relation analysis in assessment of university education quality. Each stage of assessment is provided with certain “rigid” or “flexible” mathematical models. The combination of models allows to use the obtained quality parameters to regulate interaction between education service providers and clients.

1. ОБЩИЕ ТРЕБОВАНИЯ

Introduction
Ferronematics (FN) are represented by magnetic suspensions on the basis of the nematic liquid crystals (NLC). Solid phase of FN consists of one-domain needle ferromagnetic particles with the relation of the length to the diameter of order 10. Due to this shape anisotropy the particles are provided with magnetic rigidity at which the magnetic moments of needle ferroparticles are always directed along their main axes [1, 2]. The length of particles and diameter are great in comparison with the dimension of NLC molecules, i.e. the particles represent mesoscopic objects suspended in a nematic.
