Source text - English CERTIFICATE OF NO IMPEDIMENT
Mr N, an Australian citizen born on 1 January 1990 at Forest Gully in Australia has requested Certificate of No Impediment in relation to his proposed marriage in the Republic Korea to Ms B, a Korean citizen born on 2 March 1990 at Incheon in the Republic of Korea.
This is to certify that there is no legal impediment to an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident marrying a citizen of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Korea. A marriage celebrated in the Republic of Korea according to the law of the Republic of Korea between an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident and an citizen of the Republic of Korea would normally be recognised as valid in Australia in accordance with the Marriage Act 1961(Cth).
Mr N has stated that the information contained in his application for a Certificate of No Impediment is true and correct. I am unable to verify whether this information is true and correct but, on the basis that it is, there is no legal reason Mr N cannot marry Ms B.
