Source text - English In the energy business, natural gas is supposed to be one of the good guys — the cleaner-burning fossil fuel that can help wean the world from dirty coal during the transition to a low-carbon future.
But when natural gas escapes unburned, as it often does during production and distribution, it is a big troublemaker. Its essential component, methane, is particularly pernicious — a greenhouse gas that is more than 80 times as potent as carbon dioxide over 20 years as it dissipates.
That is why, on a recent sweltering day, a team of Southwestern Energy technicians went hunting for leaky pipes and wells on the rolling cow pastures of northern Arkansas. They rode in pickup trucks, outfitted with infrared cameras and laser-beam scanners.

Source text - English The referendum decision to leave the EU opens a new chapter in the UK’s trade relations with the single European market. The Leave vote also introduces a new phase in the political life of the UK, as many of the powers that had previously been transferred to Brussels will now be brought back to Westminster – including, most importantly, the trade and investment policies that determine our relations with all other countries around the world.
Since the adoption of the Lisbon Agenda in 2000, the EU has committed itself to the most extreme programme of neoliberal capitalism in its trade agreements with other countries, relentlessly promoting the interests of big business at the expense of labour, society and the environment.
Nowhere has this agenda been more apparent than in the controversial Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) currently under negotiation between the EU and USA. The fact that unelected EU bureaucrats have pursued TTIP in open defiance of public opposition was a standard complaint in every one of the referendum debates that I took part in, and in many serious comment pieces written on both sides.
Yet the TTIP agenda of permanent austerity, deregulation and free market fundamentalism is not an aberration on the part of Brussels. It is now the EU’s standard programme for all peoples, within and outside Europe. Breaking with this model became a determining issue of the referendum for many on the Left.

El voto por la salida también inicia una nueva fase en la vida política en el R.U., ya que muchos de los poderes que habían sido transferidos a Bruselas ahora volverán a Westminster – incluyendo de forma importante el comercio y la política de inversión, que son los que determinan las relaciones con el resto de países del mundo.
Desde la aprobación de la Agenda de Lisboa en el 2000, la UE se ha comprometido a llevar a cabo el programa más extremo de capitalismo neoliberal en sus acuerdos de comercio con otros países, promocionando de forma constante el interés de las grandes empresas por la mano de obra, la sociedad y el medio ambiente.
Esta agenda no se ha manifestado en ningún lugar de forma más evidente que en la controvertida Asociación Transatlántica para el Comercio y la Inversión (ATCI), actualmente bajo negociaciones entre la UE y EEUU. El hecho de que burócratas de la UE que no han sido elegidos hayan promovido las medidas de la ATCI manifestándose desafiantes ante la oposición pública, desencadenó una queja formal en cada uno de los debates sobre el referéndum en los que participé y numerosos comentarios graves escritos por ambas partes.
Sin embargo, la agenda de la ATCI sobre austeridad permanente, desregulación y fundamentalismo del libre mercado; no es una aberración por parte de Bruselas. Ahora existe el programa estándar de la UE para todo el mundo, dentro o fuera de Europa. Romper con este modelo fue un dato determinante en el referéndum para muchos que votaron por la salida.

Source text - English Russian state officials are concerned about big data. More specifically, the personal data of Russian Internet users. And they believe more legislation regulating how this data is collected, stored, and protected will help make Russians using the Internet safer.
Head of Russian state Internet regulator Roscomnadzor Aleksandr Zharov suggested Russia could create a “national big data operator” that would control how the RuNet users’ data was being used. Speaking at the Saint Petersburg international economic forum this week, Zharov stressed that big data use had to be regulated, as a lot of the information, even though it wasn't personal, could still be used to identify users.
The RBC news agency reports that while there isn't an immediate plan for a big data law, it could see light in the near future.
President Putin'd aide, Igor Shchegolyev, who was also at the forum in Saint Petersburg, stressed that at the moment, even the simplest app developers could gain unrestricted access to user data, and said that under the new law any collection and transmission of user data would only happen with the users’ permission. At the same time, the specific nature control mechanisms imposed by the state under such a law remains unclear.

2. Settings
2.1 From the main screen, go to the Tools Tab.
2.4 Select “Practise” from the Menu.
2.2 In the list of students, select the one you intend to work with. 2.3 Go the the tab “Settings”.
3. Receptive Practise
3.1 Receptive exercises: select this tab
3.2 Words to practise with:
- All: if you want the student to play with all the words from the App.
- By category: if you want concepts from a particular category to be shown.
-Achieved by the student: if you want the child to practise with his/her achieved words. (To insert achieved units manually see SP).
3.3 Category: Select the category you want to practise with. (This option will be active only if you selected “By category” in “Words to practise with”.)
3.4 No. images on the screen: Select how many images you want to be shown on the screen. You can choose between 1 and 20. Ex.1
3.5 No. maximum correct ones: Select the maximum correct answers you want to be shown on the screen at the same time. Ex.2
3.6 Number of exercises: select the number of exercises that the child should take in order to complete the session.
You have configured the session “Receptive Practise”. To run the session go to the main screen by selecting the box on the left from the Menu and go to: RECEPTIVE PRACTISE.

- Todas: Si quieres que el alumno juegue con todas las palabras de la App.
- Por categoría: Si quieres que aparezcan conceptos de una categoría en concreto.
- Logradas por el alumno: si quieres que el niño practique con sus palabras logradas (Para introducir unidades logradas de forma manual ver PA).
3.3 Categoría: Selecciona con qué categoría quieres practicar. (Esta opción únicamente estará activa si seleccionas “Por categoría” en “Palabras con las que practicar”.
3.4 Número de imágenes por pantalla: Selecciona cuántas imágenes quieres que aparezcan en pantalla. Puedes elegir entre 1 y 20. Ej.1
3.5 Número máximo de correctas: Selecciona el máximo de respuestas correctas que quieres que aparezcan a la vez en pantalla. Ej.2
3.6 Número de ejercicios: selecciona el número de ejercicios que el niño realizará para completar la sesión.
Has configurado la sesión de “Practicar Receptivo”. Para ejecutar la sesión ve a la pantalla principal seleccionando la casilla a la izquierda de la “barra de menú” y ve a: PRACTICAR RECEPTIVO.
