Source text - Korean 제1조(목적) 이 규정은 「자동차관리법 시행규칙」제26조의2제3항에 따른 자율주행자동차의 임시운행에 필요한 세부요건 및 확인방법 등 안전운 행요건을 정함을 목적으로 한다.
제13조(기능고장 자동감지) 자율주행자동차에는 자율주행시스템의 기능고 장 발생 시 이를 자동으로 감지할 수 있는 구조이어야 한다.
시험운행 확인방법 및 기준
임시운행 허가신청 자율주행자동차(이하 이 표에서 “대상자동차”라 한다.)는 아래 제 1호의 시험운행 시험조건에서 제2호의 해당 주행모드 확인방법 및 확인기준에 적합 하여야 한다.
Translation - English Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these regulations is to set safe driving prerequisites including detailed and safety methods necessary for the temporary driving of autonomous vehicles under Paragraph 3 of Article 26-2 of the Automobile Management Act.
Article 13 (Automatic Malfunction Detection) Autonomous Vehicles must have a structure that can automatically detect if a malfunction occurs in the Autonomous Driving System.
Methods and Criteria for Checking Test Driving
Autonomous Vehicle with temporary operating permit (hereinafter referred to as “Autonomous Vehicle”) shall comply with the methods and standards for driving mode of Number 2 in test driving conditions of Number 1 below.
