Bio
Hello.

My name is Junghyun, and I am very happy to be part of Proz.com community. I believe working here will be a great opportunity for me as a freelance translator to learn new things and gain experience, and most of all, contribute to the translating community.

I have a strong belief that I will be an asset to your business as a strong communicator. I have been working as an online intern at UNHCR(UN High Commissioner for refugees) until very recently, and my major duty has been translating the original news articles and information packages from Geneva headquarters into Korean, for domestic online publication. From the experience I learned to be accurate, attentive to detail, and also learned to maintain an official and consistent tone & manner when translating.

I have also worked as a part time translator at Babosarang Design Shop. My job was to translate online merchandise descriptions from Korean to English for the international sales department. I also have English teaching experience. I taught 15 middle school students English as a part-time teacher in a tutoring institution, and was able to mentor the students while significantly improving their grades as well.

I believe my diverse experiences in utilizing English as a second language can tribute a great deal to your business. I am very adaptive and a fast learner. I hope to apply my strengths as a strong communicator while cooperating with you. I look forward to working with you and your business soon.

Sincerely,
Junghyun Park
