I've been a languages geek for a while now and I've always looked foward to learning new things.
Since the early days at middle school I had English classes as my favourite ones as I was so obsessed with the culture and the sounds of English as a whole. From the music industry to the blockbuster movies, At 15 years of age I decided I'd take the Languages and Translation course at university as it had so much to do with most of my interests at that time, so I went for it.
From 2008 to 2011 I was taught things that never came close to crossing my mind when it came to methodology and practical ways to translate very shorts texts to large ones.
As I finished university, I became an English teacher at the biggest and most renowned school in the state (or even the country). I was in touch with the language nearly 24/7 - be it with my students or with lesson planning.
As I quit teaching at that same school in late 2013, I started studying both French and Chinese (Mandarim), while taking a business course at my second time at university.
I must say that my love for translating dwarfs all of my other interests and I will be glad to help any clientes with whatever they'd need me to.
