Source text - Persian (Farsi) به‌منظور کسب حداکثر سود تجاری در تجارت خارجی، کشورها به دنبال شناخت مزيت نسبي خود در توليد و صادرات كالاها و خدمات می‌باشند. کشور ایران نيز از اين قاعده مستثني نبوده و از دیرباز صادرات خشکبار به‌ویژه پسته موردتوجه بوده است. از آن‌جا‌که ارتباط متقابلی بین قیمت‌ها در بازار صادراتی و جهانی وجود دارد، در این مطالعه ابتدا قیمت صادراتی پسته در ایران تحلیل و سپس ارتباط متقابل آن با قیمت جهانی بررسی شده است. در این راستا براساس ویژگی‌های اساسی بازارها یک مدل سری زمانی نامتقارن سوئیچینگ مارکوف در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج ضمن نشان دادن رابطه علّی دوطرفه بین قیمت‌ها، حاکی از آن است که در فازهای مختلف زمانی، بازارها به‌صورتی نامتقارن و با شدت متفاوتی از یکدیگر متأثر شده‌اند. ثبات نسبی در پایان دوره بررسی بیش از اوایل آن بوده، گرچه اتفاقات اقتصادی و سیاسی در طول دوره بررسی بر قیمت‌ها بی‌تأثیر نبوده است. از سوی دیگر به‌دلیل عدم تقارن انتقال قیمت، به‌کارگیری سیاست‌های حمایتی جهت افزایش قدرت چانه‌زنی صادرکنندگان پیشنهاد می‌شود.
Translation - English In order to earn maximum profit in foreign trade, countries tend to identify their comparative advantage in production and export of goods and services. Iran was no exception, and the export of nuts, especially pistachios, has long been considered. Since there is a correlation between prices in the export market and the world market, this study first analyzed the export prices of pistachios in Iran and then investigated its interrelationship with world prices. In this regard, a Markov Switching asymmetric time series model was considered based on the basic characteristics of the markets. The results, while demonstrating a bilateral causal relation between prices, indicate that, in various time phases, markets have been asymmetrically and mutually affected by varying intensities. Although the price was not disengaged from economic and political events during the investigation, more relative consistency had been observed at the end of the period that at the outset. On the other hand, due to price transmission asymmetries, there are supportive policies recommended for increasing the bargaining power of exporters.
