Terms and Conditions
1. The applicable rates are in Algerian dinars (DZD) and are exclusive of all applicable duties, taxes and levy whether customs, or otherwise, or free domicile charges (if any).
2. The applicable rates are subjected to a variable fuel surcharge as published on aramex.com/ae/fuelsurcharge

4. Aramex will calculate shipping charges based on the higher value of shipment gross or volumetric weight (LxWxH / 5000).
5. The weight of any single piece should not exceed 30 kilos and 110x85x85 cms in dimension.

Throughout the term of this Agreement and any extension or renewal thereof, Aramex shall charge the Customer, and the Customer hereby agrees to remunerate Aramex as per the terms of this Agreement and the Applicable Rates for all shipments detailed herein. All undeliverable shipments will be billed for as per rates indicated in this proposal.
7. Aramex has the right to increase the Applicable Rates by giving (30) thirty days written notice to the Customer.
8. It is and further understood, irrevocably and unconditionally agreed by the Customer, that all courier shipments shall be subject to the Conditions of Carriage appearing on the face and the reverse sides of the Aramex standard waybill and/or published on aramex.com.
9. Without prejudice to any and all of the aforesaid terms and conditions, the Customer’s attention is specifically drawn to Aramex’s limited liability of US$25.00 (Twenty Five United States Dollars Only) per each domestic express shipment and to the provisions relating to prohibited shipments. The Customer hereby irrevocably and unconditionally acknowledges and accepts in advance all of the said terms and conditions and agrees to be bound thereby.
10. Notwithstanding the Conditions of Carriage, bearer and blank cheques are excluded from the scope of service provided by Aramex under this Agreement. Aramex will not carry bearer and blank cheques and Customer warrants and guarantees that all Customer’s shipment(s) provided to Aramex for delivery shall not include any bearer or blank cheques. Customer acknowledges that handing a bearer or blank check to Aramex or any of its employees does not indicate or imply Aramex’s acceptance to carry or deliver such cheques.
11. The Customer is responsible for obtaining its own insurance. Upon Customer’s request, Aramex can arrange for insurance of the declared shipment value at an extra premium.
12. The Customer hereby irrevocably authorizes Aramex to complete on Customer’s behalf any documents legally required to complete export/import formalities. However, Aramex is not in any way obligated by virtue of the aforementioned authorization to sign on Customer’s behalf.
13. The rates submitted herein are valid for a period of 6 months from the issue date. Once signed, the Agreement shall be valid for a term of one (1) year commencing on the date this Agreement is signed by Customer, and shall be automatically renewed for further term(s).
14. This Agreement is revocable by either Party, by giving 30 days written notice of such revocation in advance.
15. The Applicable Rates are granted to the Customer whose name appears above. All rights under this Agreement are non-transferable.
16. The Customer hereby irrevocably and unconditionally acknowledges and agrees that the execution of an Aramex waybill by any officer, director, employee or agent of the Customer or by any person appearing to Aramex, its officers, directors, employees or agents to be an officer, director, employee or agent of the Customer shall be deemed binding to the Customer as if it was made by a duly authorized signatory of the Customer.
17. Credit Terms
a) Aramex will invoice the customer on a monthly basis including express import shipments, even if the import shipping is initiated by the shipper without Customer’s prior approval. The Customer hereby undertakes to settle the full amount of any outstanding invoice within 30 days from the invoice date or as per the assigned credit limit, whichever comes earlier. However, duty charges, taxes, custom duty and cost of goods must be paid by check or cash prior to Customer receiving the goods and/or the shipping documents.
b) Unless otherwise agreed between the Customer and the Shipper, all applicable custom export processing fees needed to export shipments at the country of origin will be paid by Aramex (the “Export fees”) and billed to the customer as part of the monthly invoicing cycle.
c) Any discrepancy in the invoice, should be brought to Aramex’s attention within 7 (seven) days from receipt of the invoice.
d) Credit Limit – Aramex has assigned an initial credit limit of [please insert amount] to Customer’s account to cover all transportation services extended to the Customer. However, the Customer may request for a change in credit limit any time, subject to approval of Aramex. It may also kindly be noted that opening a credit account is subject to normal credit checking procedures and approval.
e) Notwithstanding the contract term in relation to notice periods, Aramex reserves the right to withdraw service to the Customer in the event of any unpaid invoice/(s) and to take necessary action for recovery. Any expenses incurred in the collection of this amount/(s) will be debited to Customer’s account.
f) The effective date of the Applicable Rates shall be the date of Customer’s approval of this Agreement. To approve the Agreement, please sign below and return to Aramex.

Une solution convenient pour collectionner les documents et colis de vos fournisseurs et les livrer au pas de votre porte suivant les tarifs domestiques de livraison mentionnes ci-dessous. Par chaque collection, Aramex demande un prix extra [insérez le total s’il vous plaît] par expédition.
Le Service Paiemment à la Livraison
Ce service a deux advantages: une livraison rapide de vos produits à vos clients et un mode de paiement facile et fiable, ou Aramex fait la collection de valeur de la merchandise vendue ([insérez le total s’il vous plaît] au maximum) à la livraison et vous rend le total collecté. Aramex vous fait payer suivant vos tarifs domestiques normaux par la base de transaction.
Le Service de Retour
Envoyez des materiaux et recevez-les encore au pas de votre porte – une solution idéal pour obtenir les documents signés ou envoyer les produits qui exigent une réparation et un retour. Aramex vous fait payer suivant vos tarifs domestiques normaux par la base de transaction.
Aramex vous offre le retour ou le service de collection pour votre passeport & les papiers de visa pour tarifs très compétitifs.
Service de Retour complet – Aramex récupérera, soumettre au consulat/ à l’ambassade faire une vérification de contrôle et vous le rendre.
Service de Collection Individuel – Aramex le récupérera seulement du consulat/de l’ambassade et vous le livrera.

Les Terms and Conditions
1. Les tarifs applicables sont en dinars algérien (DZD) et sont exclusifs de toutes les responsabilités, impost et levent sois la douane, ou sinon, les frais domiciles gratuis (si il y en a).
2. Les tarifs applicables subissent une surtaxe de carburant variable comme publié sur aramex.com/ae/fuelsurcharge
3. Aramex fait payer [insérez le total s’il vous plaît] par entrée AWB manuelle.
4. Aramex calculera les frais d’expédtion basent sur la valeur la plus augmenté du brut d’expédtion ou le poids volumétrique (LxLxH / 5000).
5. Le poids d’une pièce individuelle ne peut pas excéder 30 kilos et 110x85x85 cms en dimension.
6. Pendant la période de cet Accord et les autres prolongations ou renouvellement de celui-ce, Aramex va faire payer le client, et le client par la présente est d’accord rémunérer Aramex suivant les terms de cet Accord et les Tarifs Applicables pour tous les expéditions détaillées ci-inclus. Tous les expéditions pas livrable seront facturées suivant les tarifs dit dans cette proposition.
7. Aramex a le droit d’augmenter les Tarifs Applicables en donnant (30) trente jours écrit au client.
8. C’est convenu et plus profondément compris, irrévocablement et sans conditions par le Client, que tous les expéditions coursière sont soumis aux Conditions des Voitures qui sont en face et du coté inverse les cotés inverses du standard d’Aramex lettre de route et/ou publié sur aramex.com.
9. Sans préjugé à tous les termes et conditions précités, l’attention de Client est attriré particulairement à la responsabilité limité d’Aramex de US$25.00 (vingt-cinq dollars américans seulement) par chaque expédition express domestique et aux provisions s’indentifient aux expéditions interdites. Le Client par la présente irrevocablement et sans conditions admet et accepte en avance tous des terms et conditions dits et sont d’accord être lié ainsi.
10. Malgré les Conditions of Voiture, porteur et chèques en blancs sont exclus du cadre de service fourni par Aramex sous cet Accord. Aramex ne portera pas porteur ni chèques en blancs et le Client assure et garantit que toute(s) le(s) expédition(s) de Client fourni à Aramex pour le livraison n’incluent pas ni porteur ni chèques en blancs. Le Client assure que en s’occupant un porteur ou un cheque en blanc a Aramex ou ses employé(e)s n’indique pas, ni insinuer l’acceptance d’Aramex transporter ou livrer comme cheques.
11. Le Client est responsable pour obtenir son propre assurance. Sur demande de Client, Aramex peut arranger pour l’assurance du value d’expédition déclarée pour une prime extra.
12. Le Client par la présente irrevocablement authorise Aramex completer juridiquement de la part du Client les documents qui sont requis completer les formalités d’exportation/d’importation. Par contre, Aramex n’est pas obligé dans n’importe facon par vertu de l’autorisation susmentionné signer sur demande de Client.
13. Les tarifs ci-inclus sont valide pendant une période de 6 mois depuis la date publiée. Autrefois signé, l’Accord sera valide pour un terme d’un (1) an en commencant sur la date quand cet Accord est signé par le Client, et sera renouvelé automatiquement pour le(s) terme(s) supplémentaire(s).
14. Cet Accord est révocable par chaque Parti, en annoncant 30 jours écrit de la révocation en avance.
15. Les Tarifs Applicables sont d’accord au nom du Client qui est ci-dessus. Tous les droits sous cet Accord ne sont pas transmissibles.
16. Le Client par la présente irrevocablement et sans conditions admet et est d’accord que l’exécution d’une lettre de voture d’Aramex par un officier, directeur(trice), employé(e) or agent(e) de Client ou par une personne apparaita Aramex, ses officiers, directeurs(trices), employé(é)s ou agent(e)s etre officier, directeur(trice), employé(e) ou agent(é) de Client considérait obligatoire au client comme si il a fait par un signataire habilité du Client.
17. Les Terms de Crédit
a) Aramex fracturera le client mensuel inclu les livraison d’importation express, meme si l’expédition d’importation est engagé par l’expéditeur sans approbation précédent de Client. Le Client par la présente entreprendre de faire régler le prix total de la facture impayée dans 30 jours de la date de facture ou suivant le plafond de paiement assignée, celui qui vient au premier. Par contre, les responsabilités, les impôts, la douane et le prix de merchandaises doit etre payé par chèque ou en espèces avant le Client recoit les merchandaise et/ou les documents d’expédition.
b) Au moins d’être d’accord entre le Client et l’Expéditeur, tous les tarifs applicable customises qui sont nécessaires pour exporter les expéditions à l’origine de pays seront payé par Aramex (les “Tarifs d’Exportation”) et seront facturé au client pour une section du cycle facturation mensuel.
c) Si il y a une divergence dans la facture, il faut remarquer à l’attention d’Aramex dans 7 (sept) jours de la réception de la facture.
d) Le Plafond de Paiement – Aramex a donné un plafond de paiement initial de [insérez le total s’il vous plaît] au compte de Client pour couvir tous les services de transportation étendu du Client. Par contre, le Client peut demander pour un changement avec le plafond de paiement à n’importe heure, avec l’approbation d’Aramex. Aussi, pour bien noté, pour ouvrir un plafond de paiement, il soumet aux procédures normaux et l’approbation.
e) Malgré le contrat en réalation aux périodes de détention, Aramex a le droit de retirer le service au Client si il y a une ardoise(s) et prendre l’action nécessaire pour la récupération. Si il y a des dépenses qui arrivent pendant la collectione, ce(s) total(s) le Client doivent l’argent à Aramex.
f) La date effective des Tarifs Applicables sera la date d’approbation du Client pour cet Accord. Pour accepter cet Accord, inscrivez-vous ci-dessous, s’il vous plaît et rendez-le à Aramex.
