I've been interested in localization and translating since I was very young. My "career" started in 2012 when I saw the disaster that Assassin's Creed III's localization was.
Since then I've taken parts in many projects as a volunteer. Even though few developers messaged me back, I always enjoyed working with the ones that had nothing but their gratitude for me and my colleagues. I'm exceptionally proud of Loadout's localization that was poorly translated by Google Translator before I started working with the developers. My current project is also volunteer. I work on Polish language of Guitar Flash, a Guitar Hero-like game.
I'm interested in history, games, and language, especially how languages are built and used. I'm currently studying English Philology at Gdańsk University.
Before going to university I took a few year internship at Wikia, working with people all around the world to make Wikia's content better for all of us. During that time I learnt to work with other people and use all the fancy programs like slack.
I am also used to work using graphical programs like Photoshop to improve my work. I love to translate logos and create localized logos based on the original.
