I'm a Spanish architect and translator specialized in Art & Architecture based in Berlin. I hold both a Master of Architecture and Master of Art in Context* and I recently finished a course on Literary Translation certified by the European University of Madrid.
Over the course of more than a decade, I have mastered my language skills in English, French, and German, by living/studying/working in the UK, France, and Germany.
Some of my recent translations work have been a 78,000-word architecture project documentation, a design catalog, and an on-going publication work for a non-profit, architectural school project in Ghana, in which I am involved as a writer and architect.
Part of my earlier experience includes my work at the Design Research Lab (UdK Berlin) as a research assistant, translating and editing texts for a research publication of the EU, or my collaboration as a project assistant in a seminar on Philosophy and Architecture at the Technical University of Berlin. I have also been developing an independent practice, tutoring different Art-Architecture workshops, and writing.
Thanks to my double professional qualification I can translate from technical documents to art/architecture theory or literary texts.
