Participants arriving on Sunday4/9Individual pick-up is organised at the airport. A person with the ECA logo will wait for you in the arrival hall. Should you not need this pick-up please let knowour transportation coordinator as soon as possible(contact details page 2). Kindly take note that no dinner is organised on Sunday.Please do not forget to pick up your welcome bag on Monday at the welcome desk at the hotel.
b.
Participants arriving on Monday5/9Two hostesses will be present at the airportfrom 9.00 until 18.00 at the ECA desk in the arrival hall, please refer to them for your transportation to the Hotel. For those arriving before or after that time slot on Monday, a driver will wait for you with an ECA name card just after the customs in Geneva airport. There will be a welcome desk at the hotel where you have to sign for presence and where you will receive the traditional welcome bag. Our transportation coordinator will assist you with questions at the same desk (Welcome & Transportation desk).

Participants arriving by trainWe kindly invite you to take a taxi from Geneva train station to the hotel. Please keep the receipt for reimbursementafterwards. d.Participants arriving by carYou can park your car in the Hotel parking.

Pour ceux qui arrivent avant ou après cet intervalle de temps le lundi, un chauffeur vous attendra avec une carte devisite ECA juste après la douane à l'aéroport de Genève. Il y aura un bureau d'accueil à l'hôtel où vous devez signer votreprésence et où vous recevrez lesac de bienvenue traditionnel.
