When I was young I wanted to understand what was written in video games dialogues, so I started to study. I never stop since that time and this changed my life. I enrolled in a language and translation under-graduation, I knew from my youth that I wanted to work with languages.
Games were not just part of my past, they are part of my present. I made some games as an artist, writer and translator in game jams in Brazil, what gave me knowledge of gaming terminology and localization.
I worked for some time as school teacher, in contact with basic English from the Primary up to Advanced English from High School. At the University that I attended, I worked as a volunteer teacher of Portuguese as a Foreign Language and took part in a translation program that aimed to translate in order to publish Brazilian papers and articles in foreign countries.
