Source text - Spanish Paciente masculino de 50 años, remitido por patología hemorroidal. Niega tener enfermedades crónicas, fumar y alergias. Alcoholismo ocasional. Se sometió a una reducción abierta y fijación interna del tobillo derecho hace 7 años, cirugía del hombro derecho hace 13 años, cirugía del codo izquierdo hace 11 años. Empezó hace 1 año con un sangrado rectal intermitente, 7 veces este año, por episodios de 4 días, el sangrado es indoloro, sólo durante las evacuaciones, dejando sólo manchas en el papel. Niega estar estreñido, evacúa hasta 4 veces al día, heces blandas, sin esfuerzo. El paciente también reporta anemia y dolor dorsal-lumbar que ya está bajo estudio.

Slight deviation of the nasal septum. Increased volume of bilateral middle and lower turbinates predominantly on the right. The mucosa of the nasal cavities is increased in volume. Oropharyngeal airway without apparent alterations.
The rest of the examined structures show no apparent alterations.
