Source text - English Scientists are warning that we all need to eat less meat to help protect the environment. The study, by Aberdeen and Cambridge Universities, says that greenhouse gases from food production will rise by 80% by 2050 if we don't change our eating habits.
The study examines what needs to be done if greenhouse gas emissions from farming are to be cut alongside emissions from transport, homes and industry.
It says, on current trends, with people round the world getting richer and eating American-style diets, farm emissions will boom as forest land is converted to agriculture and fertiliser is sprayed on the fields.
The report says the emissions' growth can be contained somewhat, if farmers in developing countries are helped to improve their yields from existing fields. It'll help to stop wasting food too, the authors say.
But then there's the really hard bit: they say persuading people to eat less meat and dairy produce can actually lead to a big overall cut in emissions from farming.

Уже много лет из года в год у нас соблюдаются несколько традиций:
1. Несколько куличей мы всегда выпекали с мамой, но самые вкусные и такие традиционные пекла всегда моя бабушка и она научила печь и меня. При этом совершенно разных.
2. Делаем все вместе «крашанки» не только из обычных куриных яиц, но и перепелиных (для красоты самое то!).
3. В церковь мы собираем одну большую корзинку и три маленьких — на каждого члена семьи. Все при деле и нет споров на тему, кто понесет корзинку, что положить в неё, и кто что первым потом съест.
4. По дороге домой из церкви заходим к бабушкам-дедушкам и дарим им одну пасочку и свяченные крашанки.
5. Дома, конечно же, семейный стол и игра с крашанками, которая не заканчивается, пока не перебьют все яйца. Ближе к вечеру идём в гости к бабушкам-дедушкам, там яичные бои продолжаются.
Этот день настоящий, семейный, тёплый… В Украине очень почитают праздник Пасхи! Для нашей семьи Пасха — это самый душевный православный праздник. Мы начинаем готовиться к нему задолго, обсуждая что приготовить, как украсить праздничный стол. Пасхальным вечером вся семья собирается за столом и разукрашивает пасхальные яйца. Каждый член семьи создаёт свой шедевр.

2. All of us do "krashankas" together, not only from ordinary chicken eggs but quail ones as well (for beauty mostly!).

4. On the way home from the church we stop by the grandparents' and give them one hallowed Paska and krashanka.
5. At home, the family meal and the game with krashankas which ends only when you crack all the eggs, of course :). In the late afternoon, we go to visit our grandparents where egg fights continue.
This day is genuine, family, warm one... They do revere Easter in Ukraine! For our family, Easter is the most spiritual Orthodox holiday. We begin to prepare for it long before discussing what to cook, how to decorate the holiday table. In the Easter evening the whole family gathers at the table and paints Easter eggs. Each family member creates his own masterpiece.
We have a tradition to give Easter eggs to our friends. There is a belief you shouldn’t sleep on Easter night as you can oversleep the main events. Our whole family go to church. And, of course, there are the touching congratulations of all the relatives and friends "Christ is Risen!". It's an open hearts feast!
