Source text - English I am writing on behalf of the shareholders of ***** Ltd, the owners of Apartment ***, to express our alarm and concern regarding the state of the ****** building structure and to request that urgent action is taken to have the problems professionally investigated and repaired.
For the last 3 years our apartment has been flooded on multiple occasions during periods of heavy rain due to failure of the roof and/or building facade. The floods have affected the balcony, the bathroom, the hallway and the hallway storage cupboard.
The balcony
We have previously paid to have professional repairs carried out to the balcony to ensure that the seal between the balcony roof and the window frames are watertight but still the rain drips through our roof onto the floor below. The cement sludge and plaster dripping from the ceiling stained our roller blind beyond repair, leading to its removal. This loss was reported to reception with a request for compensation but without response.

El hormigón, yeso y barro que han caído del techo han manchado y estropeado las cortinas de manera irreparable, por lo que nos hemos visto obligados a quitarlas. En su momento informamos a recepción y pedimos compensación pero no recibimos respuesta alguna.
