Bio

 I have recently got my Master's Degree in Interpreting, Translation and Subtitling (ENG-IT and IT-ENG) at
the University of Essex, where I worked as a tutor for foreign students learning Italian.
My
love for localization, linguistics and foreign cultures dates back to when I
was nothing more than a child. In fact, I applied for a bachelor’s degree in
Linguistic Mediation (English, German and Japanese) in Italy, which I
successfully completed in 2019.
My professional education focused on developing all
those skills necessary to understand what translation means. Soft skills aside,
I learnt how to work with CAT tools such as SDL Trados, MemoQ and Memsource and
how to use Wincaps to create subtitles.
