In implementing the other aspects relating to the review of job classifications and salary Scales, it was proposed to have a staged implementation approach as follows:
a) A variance of 15% from the UN salaries in 2013,
b) a variance of 10% in 2014 and
c) a variance of 5% in 2015.
The exact cost of this implementation schedule was difficult to determine in view of various factors. The figures presented were based on the annual budget with an indexation of about 5%. The retirement and resignation of staff members would affect the final figures by /- 10%.

Pour ce qui est des autres aspects relatifs à la révision de la classification des postes et de la grille des salaires, il est proposé d'opter pour une mise en œuvre en plusieurs étapes, comme suit :
