Hello. My name is Naomi Wangkhem. I offer translation and transcription services for Manipuri (Meitei Mayek).
After high school, I have been teaching foreign students, namely American, Canadian, Korean, Japanese, etc. Manipuri language. 

From 2020 till 2023, I had a small business online. From the business, I learned several useful skills like management, communication, dealing with unexpected problems, etc. 

During COVID, I started Manipuri translation as a part-time job. However, since March 2023, I decided to fully invest in becoming a translator. I enjoyed working on several projects till date including reviewing, video transcription/translation to from Manipuri to English, etc. 
One thing I have noticed from reviewing projects is that many translators only give a brief or points of the original file. However, I do my best to always translate each word carefully without leaving out the important points and also giving the accurate translation. When there is a phrase or a term I do not understand, I would always research before translating. This help avoid inaccurate/wrong translations and result in high-quality translation. 

I am confident  and very detail-oriented in my work.
