WORK EXPERIENCE IN KSA:

Translation Works (in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia):
1993- to present


2007-up to date:
Work for IPSOS-KSA, a french company and one of the leading research Co. in the Middle East as a Translator


However,I worked as the main cooparative translator (Arabic / English) for:

Ministry of Petroleum:
Translation of the geological issues with the Ministry of Petroleum & Mineral Resources- Deputy Ministry for Mineral Resources (DMMR) through Saudi Economic Survey Magazine.

However, I have translated the whole abstracts of " The Ninth Arab Conference for Mineral Resources".

National Commercial Bank (NCB):
All documents and web site of Al-Ahli Takafou Program (a work of three years) (reference: Mr. Sulaiman Hilal "NVB": Mobile: 0505715760).

Dallah Al-Barkah:
Translated a whole book of (300 pages) named (Fatawas Al-Murabahah).

Most of Translations Offices in Jeddah:

Yet I worked as translator of documents and other topics in cooperation with many translation offices in Jeddah city such as translation offices assigned to King AbdulAziz university, AL Qabas Translation Office (Tel. 6704500), Saudi Translation Office, Nosaiba Translation Office and many others. Thus many researches, documents, legal materials and complete books have been translated as well as conducted many translation of researches and topics related with students of King Abdulaziz University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

However, I have the following skills and cabapities:

SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:

1) Native fluency in reading, spoken and written Arabic Language,
2) Excellent fluency in reading, spoken and written English Language,
3) High skills and experience in translation from English to Arbis and vice versa for all kinds of writen material,
4) Capable of drafting / translating any legal or commercial documents, correspondences as well as carrying out any self-correspondence jobs both in Arabic & English.
5) Good command of technical translation in general (Scientific or other) and, in particualr translation related to any type of geological aspect ,building, legal and construction materials or industial materials.
6) High skills and experience in using computer applications and facilities (Windows, Office Programs, Internet and programming) as I got certificate and acquainted with:

Worked at Geology Dept., University of Khartoum as Teaching Assistant, in Structural Geology & Petrology lab.
Wad Maki Institute/ Sudan ( 1985-1988):
Worked as a teacher of English Language at WAD MAKI INSTITUTE - at evening time .
Industrial & Consultancy center/ Sudan (1988-1992 ):
Worked at Industrial & consultancy center/ Sudan in the field of building materials & ceramics.
Cooperative Housing Foundation (CHF) Company (1990-1991 ):
Worked with CHF Company, which is an American company-Washington, as a quality controller for stabilized soil blocks, which had been used in building low cost houses (about 2000 houses –rooms) in help of the people affected by floods.
