During their usage in the guarantee period, the equipments that have indicated lower quality and performance than required (due to defects such as equipment, labor, project, manufacturing, design, protective precautions etc.) and have become non-operative will be accommodated to the Technical Specification by being changed with new submersible pumps (partially restored, repaired etc. on condition that it is deemed as appropriate by TİGEM) within 20 working days at most starting from the date of notification made on this issue by the contractor.

Phylogenetic relationships were estimated on two separate datasets. The first dataset contained the mtDNA control region haplotypes only, and the second dataset contained combined mtDNA and nuDNA genes. Mitochondrial and nuclear data were tested for phylogenetic incongruence via the Partition Homogeneity test (Farris et al., 1994). For this test and for phylogenetic analyses based on combined mitochondrial and nuclear data, each individual was coded to contain one nuclear allele with polymorphic sites coded by a standard IUPAC code.
Statistical parsimony analysis of mtDNA data indicated that Symphysodon is composed of four interconnected networks. These four networks corresponded to the ‘green’ group from upper Amazon basin, to the ‘blue’ group from central Amazon basin, to a group from the Xingu River, and to a group from the lower Amazon basin including the Negro River and all areas downstream of its confluence with Solimões River. The last group contained the ‘brown’, the ‘Heckel’ and the ‘abacaxi’ phenotypes. An outgroup rooted maximum-likelihood phylogeny indicated that monophyletic ‘green’ and ‘blue’ clades are sister, and are nested within the ‘brown Heckel abacaxi’ group, and the root was placed on the branch separating haplotypes from the Xingu River plus two haplotypes found in the Maues River from all other haplotypes.
Evolutionary history of the genus Symphysodon is clearly complex resulting in a complicated taxonomic history. Although there are differences in color and color pattern among the different varieties of S. aequifasciatus, the traditional grouping into three ‘green’, ‘blue’ and ‘brown’ phenotypes also encompasses large amount of intragroup phenotypic variation.

The term “genetically modified” is commonly used to describe the application of recombinant deoxyribonucleic acid (rDNA) technology to the genetic alteration of microorganisms, plants and animals. This advanced molecular technology, developed in 1973, allows for effective and efficient transfer of genetic material from one organism to another.
Instead of cross breeding plants for several years to acquire a desired trait, scientists can identify and insert a single gene responsible for a particular trait into a plant with a relative speed. The World Health Organization estimates that the global population will double by 2050 to more than 9 billion people. Hence, food production must also increase, but little unused farmland remains. Simply put, rDNA technology is the most promising, precise and advanced strategy available today for increasing global food production by reducing crop losses and increasing yields while conserving farmland. Moreover, the use of rDNA technology has already shown that it can reduce the need for chemical pesticides and tillage, which can cause soil erosion, as well as enhance the nutritive value of crops. These benefits result from genetically engineering plants for:
• Increased biological resistance to specific pests and diseases, including those caused by viruses, thereby reducing the need for chemical pesticides, decreasing the risk of crop failure, and increasing yields. For example, when sweet potatoes grown in Africa were rDNA engineered to withstand the feathery mottle virus, crop yields doubled. Without pesticide use, about 60 percent of the crop is normally lost each yearto this virus. In the United States, corn was genetically modified with the Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) gene to withstand the corn boorer pest, which resulted in increased yields and reduced pesticide use. For example, 26 percent of farmers in the Midwest who planted the modified corn in 1998 decreased insecticide use and about half said they didn’t use any insecticides, reported a 1999 Iowa State University study.
• Adaptability to harsh growing conditions, such as drought, soil with high salt content, and temperature extremes. For example, by modifying a plant’s production of linoleic acid, it can better withstand cold temperatures and frost.
• Tolerance to environmentally safe herbicides that discourage weeds but leave the desired plant unaffected. Herbicide tolerance allows crops to be grown with less or no tillage, thereby conserving soil, fuel and water. It can also reduce the number of herbicides that farmers must use to control all of the weeds in their crops. For example, herbicide-resistant soybeans can be maintained weed-free wth only half the amount of herbicide normally applied.
• Desirable functional characteristics, such as reduced allergenicity or toxicity, delayed ripening, increased starch content, or longer shelf life. For example, potatoes rDNA engineered for a higher starch content will absorb less oil.
• Desirable nutritional characteristics, such as altered protein or fat content and increased phytochemical or nutrient content. Malnutrition problems worldwide such as deficiencies in Vitamin A, iron, iodine and zinc may be targeted by using rDNA technology to introduce or concentrate these nutrients in plants. For example, rice has been genetically modified to contain betacarotene and more iron to help overcome deficiencies of these nutrients in countries where rice is a staple food.

Source text - English Bottled Water - Where Does That Water Come From?
The economic value of "special water" was first cultivated in Europe during the late 1700s when people began visiting natural springs to drink the water or bathe in it. Then in 1767, Jackson's spa in Boston began bottling their water. This increased their income and shared the water with people over a broad area.
In the early days of the water industry, "mineral water" and "spring water" were the most popular types of bottled water. Many people believed that "mineral water" had a medicinal effect and that "spring water" had a special purity because it had just emerged from the ground and had not been used. The industry began with these perceived benefits of bottled water and perception remains a driving factor for sales.
Is Bottled Water Simply High Priced Tap Water?
Sure, lots of tap water is sold in bottles. However, bottled water is regulated by the Food and Drug Administration and FDA requires bottlers to identify what type of water is in every bottle. If the label says "from a community water system" or "from a municipal source" you are buying the equivalent of tap water.
The bottler may also treat municipal or community water so that it meets the United States government's definition of "purified water", "demineralized water", "deionized water", "distilled water" or "reverse osmosis water".
How About the Premium Bottled Waters?
Some bottled waters are specially produced from the ground or from a natural water source. These are also regulated by the Food and Drug Administration and must be labeled according to FDA definitions. Listed below are some of the most common water identities:
Mineral Water
is a natural water produced from a well or spring that naturally contains at least 250 parts per million total dissolved solids. These dissolved solids would, under most circumstances, be considered impurities. However some people believe that the dissolved minerals provide specific health benefits. There are few rigorous studies to support the benefits of mineral waters produced from specific sources. The FDA does not allow the producer to add any additional minerals to the water or claim that the mineral water provides any "health benefit".
Ground Water or Well Water
is water that is produced from a well that penetrates the water table. The water table is a level in the ground below which all pore spaces are filled with water. Many community and municipal water systems produce their water from a well. There is nothing special about these waters. They have no natural properties that make them superior to other commercial waters.
Artesian Water
must be produced from an artesian well. To be an artesian well the water in the aquifer (a subsurface rock unit that holds and transmits water) must be under enough pressure to force it up the well to a level that is higher than the top of the aquifer. Artesian water has no special chemical or medicinal qualities.
Spring Water
must be produced from a spring. A spring is a location where water flows naturally to earth's surface. In the past many people believed that spring water was special because it emerged from the ground and had not been used before. However, the processes which form springs are now well understood and the water that flows from them has no special qualities.
Sparkling Water
is spring or well water that naturally contains dissolved carbon dioxide - thus the water is naturally carbonated. The producer may artificially replace any carbon dioxide that is lost during processing but may not add more than what the water had when it emerged from the ground.

Source text - English Human apolipoprotein D (apoD) was detected in the plasma as early as 1963 and its subsequent characterization has been based on many studies of its structure, gene expression and its potential role as a transport protein. In spite of these efforts, however, neither its role nor its physiological ligand have been clearly identified, although the accumulated data do suggest that it is a multi-functional protein with many ligands. Human apoD was initially isolated from plasma high density lipoproteins (HDL) by McConathy and Alaupovic in 1973. Previously known as the thin line protein, apoD was originally detected in HDL and in very high density lipoproteins and to a lesser degree, in very low density lipoproteins (VLDL) by a double immunodiffusion assay using rabbit antisera against HDL.
The human apoD cDNA was cloned and sequenced in 1986 and apoD mRNA was shown to be present in a wide variety of tissues. The amino acid sequence of apoD shows no similarity to other apolipoproteins, but has a high degree of homology with members of the lipocalin protein family. Thus, apoD shows 25% identity to retinol-binding protein and 30–40% identity to the insect proteins, bilin binding protein (BBP) from Pieris brassicae and insecticyanin from Manduca sexta. Later, it was shown that apoD is identical to the GCDFP-24, first described in 1973 as a protein capable of binding progesterone and present in high concentrations in mammary cyst fluid.
The human apoD gene was localized to the p14.2 region on chromosome 3, whereas the mouse apoD gene was localized on chromosome 16. The cDNA is 855 bp long and is divided into five exons spanning 20 kbp., an intron–exon organization that is typical of the lipocalin family. Exon I is 66 bp, is non-coding and is situated 3.7 kb upstream of exon 2. The human apoD promoter analysis revealed the presence of many regulatory elements.
