Source text - English – Many people are not good with remembering names. Name tags and introductions are important, even if ‘most’ people know each other. Name tags help the facilitator and help the participants be a lot more comfortable with each other. The facilitator should also have a class roster that has names, company and position for reference. It is the best situation to have this for review in advance.
