María Marta Semberoiz is a Certified Public Translator, graduated from Argentine Catholic University in 1986. She is the owner of Traducciones Semberoiz, created in 2005, whose client portfolio includes highly renowed direct clients. Since 2007, her firm serves as Project Manager of WordPowerNetwork, LLC, based in Los Ángeles, which provides multi-language translation services to the state school district sector.
MM has been working within the linguistic field for over 20 years. Simultaneously with her translation activity, she enjoyed teaching English to the staff of major companies for four years. Later on, she also enjoyed teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (SFL) to people from nine different countries at a major consultant firm's project at the largest local oil company for five years.
Prior to the creation of her current firm, she was co-owner of Estudio Arrighi & Semberoiz for 12 years, which provided translation services to many important local and foreign firms.
Her postgraduate education included courses and seminars on theory fields, such as: financial crimes, asset securitization, compared Argentine and Anglo-American procedural law, accounting and financial records, foreign trade, updated Spanish grammar. It also included courses and seminars on practical skills: project management, leadership, marketing, productive IT, and Computer Assisted Translation tools. Her 8-year informal studies on History of Art are worth noting here, as a part of her varied interests.
