I studied at an American International School then changed to a German International School, where I had all my subjects in both German and Portuguese (yes, twice as many subjects..). L...iving with my mother, we spoke Dutch at home and with my father we always spoke English. School was mostly in German and Portuguese. I left Brazil in 1998 and lived in between Holland and the UK for 4 years. I then moved to Australia where I lived for 10 years and have recently moved to the US to be closer to family.
Having grown up with different languages and cultures around me and most important of all, understanding how the languages work in the different cultures, it is only natural that I have sought translating as a career.
