Translators will learn how to increase their income by focusing on the delivery of value in every client relationship, and how to successfully leverage current relationships to build new ones.
This webinar will help translators to select the jobs that work for them, become indispensable, and understand and benefit from the lifetime value of each client while providing an outstanding service.
Paul Urwin is a languages entrepreneur, speaker and coach with many years’ experience in the fields of translations, language teaching and voiceovers. He was educated at Wellington School, Imperial College London and RWTH Aachen. He is currently CEO of 100 Percent Languages Ltd., a UK-registered holding company specializing in language services worldwide and Director of Inglés Bogotá, one of Colombia’s premier Language Services Providers (LSPs) offering language instruction, translations, conference interpreting and voiceovers. Paul himself is a voiceover talent having recorded for Ford, Totto, Telmex, Claro and GlaxoSmithKline, amongst many others, and hosts two successful podcasts, the 100 Percent Business English Podcast (for English learners) and the 100 Percent Translations Podcast (for translators) both of which can be found on iTunes and Stitcher.

I enjoyed learning from you. There are so many subjects that we sometimes don't know how to talk to clients about. Your presentation was really helpful. You talked about having a portfolio of recurring clients, can you suggest a good way to keep track of this? An app? Good and old spreadsheet? I am a "one-girl-band" so sometimes it can be hard to manage it all.
