English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The area demarcated for the Engineer’s office is far too small. Apart from facilities for the Engineer, also facilities for the the Designer shall be provided, all with proper parking space at a representative location (in view of expected numerous visits by high ranking government officials). A properly sized area, with it own entrance control at the most northern part of the office area shall be provided.
