I think this refers to the separation of one company from another. For example http://www.manufacturinghub.co.za/20080109_0002.htm

So "继剥离后，立即被用于计算基本..." is not a correct rendition. It should be 每股收益和摊薄后每股收益是以公司[从母公司]分离/独立当日的普通股股票数计算的...

Here I have rendered immediately as 当日. It shouldn't be too far off.
