Les autochtones pourront sans doute trouver une formulation plus concise, mais pour mois (en tant que rosbif) c'est le sens. Ce ne sont pas les entreprises, mais les commerciaux qui sont qualifiés comme "high touch", ce qui est souvent opposé à "high tech", c-à-d "personalisé, qui s'appuie beaucoup sur l'humain et sur le contact ('touch')"
