There are at least ten different shades of the word "trouble" used as a noun. The one most often used is "difficulty". Other examples are mushkil (difficulty), dukh, klesh, taklif, pareshani (distress), kasht, sankat, musibat (cause of distress), bimari, rog, taklif (disease), asuvidha (inconvenience), ashanti (unrest), jokhim (danger), kharabi (trouble in machine), etc. I do not know which one you are referring to. Or is it a verb that you need the meaning of?

"Voh tung kar raha hai" he is troubling
as a noun there are several senses to the word.
There does not appear to be a single word replacement for trouble as a verb.
