Mam pytanie dotyczące jednego słowa:
czy retransmit (retransmitować) może byc również tłumaczona tutaj jako rozprowadzanie/ dystrybucja czy tez może dopuszczalne jest jedynie tłumaczenie retransmission.
Poniżej kontekst:
Subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, the Broadcaster hereby grants to the Operator the non-exclusive right during the Term and throughout the territory of ABC (the “Territory”) to receive and to retransmit the satellite broadcast television channel, currently known as “XYZ” (the “Channel”) in its entirety in a simultaneous, unabridged and unchanged way by means of the cable television systems in Territory (the “Systems”), in a Pay TV package, for reception of which a fee is charged to subscribers, who live in a private residence capable of receiving a television service.
