Tienes dos alternativas: Explanation: puedes decir seran prorrateados(as) o serán distribuidos proporcionalmente. Cualquiera de las dos opciones sería empleada en México. Suerte! |

Prorations=Gastos compartidos o divididos. Explanation: Prorations are expenses, either prepaid or paid that are divided or distributed between buyer and seller at the closing. They are not necessarily divided in equal amounts. Prorrated=prorrateado. In Mexico, most people usually say 'compartido'. Bankers prefer to use the term 'prorrateado'. The term can be associated to such words as 'intereses', 'gravámenes, 'exenciones', 'impuestos', etc. |

I _do not_ agree with the answer awarded Kudoz... basically, Explanation: because prorrata does not mean equal distribution, it means distribution based on a participation, whether in debt or in profit. Such participation is not necessarily equal. |

Sorry, I don't agree with the selected answer either. Explanation: The concept is basically wrong. It doesn't have to be equal. It depends on contract. This is not a matter of a translator's taste. The concept has to be RIGHT |
