"wayer" might = whey; "ghee" = aceite hecho de manteca clarificada Explanation: It may be that wayer was meant to be whey, which according to Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary is "the serum or watery part of milk that is separated from the coagulable part or curd esp. in the process of making cheese and that is rich in lactose, minerals, and vitamins and contains lactalbumin and traces of fat." "Ghee" doesn't seem to be directly translatable into just one word. It's definition according to the 1967 Valásquez Dictionary is "aceite hecho de manteca clarificada; se usa mucho en la India para guisar y en medicina." |
