For a virtual computer lab:

If you are running on IE browser, you'll need to select between Java or ActiveX as the ***Browser Support Type***. You have the choice, but it's recommended that you match whatever Device Connection method you are using. For example, if you are using VNC (Java based), you should use the Java Tunnel. And conversely, if you are using the VNC (ActiveX based), you might want to use the ActiveX Tunnel.
