Is it a special diamond? How is it called in German? I couldn't find it in a dictionary.

Nur eine Gedanke...
Vielleicht gibt es an der Stelle der 3 und 9 Diamante statt der Ziffer.
Sollte es sich nicht um Diamante handeln, dann sind die 3 und die 9 auffällig ausgearbeitet, es gibt ja Uhren, wo nicht alle Ziffer draufsind, aber nur z.B. 3, 6, 9 und 12.
