Can anyone help me find a Dutch equivalent for "Leap Program" - a university program designed for working adults, whereby most of the classes are held evenings and weekends.

capture the fact that this is a full-fledged university program leading up to a degree.
It is not 'overbrugging' or 'propaedeuse' or any of the other suggestions.
'Schrikkelprogramma' is funny, but of course the word 'leap' refers to making a leap (sprong)."

since it is called 'leap program', I guess it refers to a course that helps adults overcome the difference in level of their own education and the university. If it refers to a simple course, it is called 'avondschool' (general), 'deeltijd volwassenonderwijs' or 'volwasseneducatie' (for adults), avondstudie / avondcursus.

I just contacted this univ. professor in Brussels. He said he'd never even heard of the system (on a univ. level), let alone the term. So let's just toss a new one: schrikkelcursus (like in leap year)!

an afterthought: 'overbruggingscursus' made me think of the this term (of classical Greek origin) referring to a preparatory course before entering university; these courses are not normally given evenings and weekends, but during summer holidays, though;
