The way in which they always use the words "logo" and "symbol mark" TOGETHER, leads me back to the concept of "Wortmarke" and "Bildmarke" from your other question. As we saw at the other reference sites, "Wortmarke" can = "logo" if the "Wortmarke" is written in a specific manner like "HONDA" does it. I think it just means they want the name and symbol used together, not just one or the other.

The "wall signs in reception areas" would be "Wandschilder im (Gebäude) Empfangsbereich"
