Upon the Delivery Due Date, as defined below, corresponding to each shipment of Goods in compliance with the terms of the applicable Supply Contract, Seller shall deliver to Buyer the corresponding Documentation to Buyer's address or to such address as Buyer may later designate to Seller. As multiple shipments are permitted and contemplated m conjunction with the performance of each Supply Contract, shipments will be applied against each Supply Contract as necessary to ensure that the total commercial invoice amounts delivered to Buyer will not be less than the aggregate purchase price of the Goods subject to the particular Supply Contract. The aggregate purchase price of the Goods subject to a particular Supply Contract shall be established in each Supply Contract and shall be herein referred to as the "Merchandise Price." After receipt of the Documentation, Buyer or its successors or assigns shall return one copy of the corresponding Supply Contracts) to Seller, marked "Delivered and Satisfied."
