Contra-interrogatorio [re-preguntas] Explanation: Es el turno de la parte contraria para cuestionar al testigo, que ya antes habia declarado ante dicha parte, pero la ley le permite el contra-interrogatorio. 'Re-direct' y 'Re-cross examination' tienen un carácter casi semejante, sólo que 'cross' se aplica a una tanda de preguntas 'cruzadas', relativas a testimonios ya declarados, a ver si el testigo se contradice, o varia su declaración [statement] original, y así la parte interrogante gana terreno..
