German to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Electronics / Elect Eng / MV cable
German term or phrase: Rollfeder
As in the sentence:
"Cu-Litze direkt auf den verzinnten AL-Schirm legen und mit einer **Rollfeder** festlegen"
I've found a few possible equivalents (e.g. roll spring, scroll spring, extension spring), but I don't know which of them (if any) is correct in BrEn and in this context (mounting instruction of a MV cable). Can anyone help?

Ganz einfach - weil das ein Wörterbucheintrag ist, den ich zwar nachvollziehen könnte, allerdings nicht anhand muttersprachlicher Bezugsdokumente auf kontextbezogene Verwendung nachgeprüft habe. Und dafür gibt es bei mir nur eine 2!
