Without the Kanji it is hard to tell, but looking at the character from Tekken 3 (not sure if this is where you are actually getting the name from) it means 吉 (yoshi) which means "good" or "lucky" and 光 (mitsu) which means "light". If it is used as a name (Samurai name or something) then it is most likely these Kanji used. If you have different Kanji then it is different.
