This is the technical word. In the reference you'll find explanations for several types of archs (by the way, "arc" is used in electricity or geometry; an architectural "arco" is an "arch")
A google search for "half point arch" gives some hits, but they are mostly translations of Spanish sites. I'd go for the native English version.
