Bio
I have been a full-time translator and terminology consultant since 1996 (part-time since 1992). My qualifications include a Ph.D. in EE at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and a degree in Electrical Engineering in Italy. I spent 6 -1/2 years in the United States studying, doing research and consulting.

I work closely with my wife, Barbara Di Lorenzo, who has been a full-time translator since 1988 (with a Degree in Foreign Languages) and offers the benefits of extensive depth and breadth of experience in IBM's translation cycle and quality control procedures.

We translate over 1.5 million words/year in our specialist fields listed below:

Electrical engineering (Omicron, GE-Power, Bentley, etc) over 3 million words in 10 years
