English to Amharic: problem solving skill.. General field: Science
Source text - English Problem Solving skill
Problem solving is a twofold process, defining the problem and solving the problem. “Are there interpersonal problems between team members? Is it managerial?” or “Is it a technical problem?” Questions like these will help to get to the problem. After the problem has been defined, some decisions have to be made. Examining and analyzing the problem will take a little time. The situation causing it, and the solution alternatives available all will take time to be figured out. After this analysis has been made, the best course of action to take and implement the decision will be determined by the project manager.
